Although all our business associate factories are having independent lab inside manufacturing but to make sure before exports PDI ( Pre Delivery Inspection) RFI has put up its own lab fully equipped with basic dimensional checking instruments like Digital VernierCalipers, Digital Micrometers, Thread Ring Gauges and Thread Plug , Dial Indicators, Digital Height Gauges, Slip Gauges , For Slots& UndercutsHgauges, Straightness, Profile Projector with DRO system, MagnaFlux for cracks detections, Plating Thickness Tester, Salt Spray Chamber, Roundness, Concentricity Gauges, Profile Projector, Mitutyoa advanced Roughness tester checking in ALL scales like Pt, Rt, Ra, Rzetc including all waviness combinations with direct reading as well printing thru inbuilt Mitutoyasoftware and supplying such parts with much precise roughness values successfully in Germany.Moreover, all our PDI thread Ring Gauges and Thread Plugs gauges are imported from the destination country where we export so that we have common platform of measurement with customers.
All of products meets national or international specification exactly as per requirements without any deviations and moreover Cpk requirements as per our internal norms of products parameter and process based. All our suppliers are TS or minimum ISO certified and having expertise in fasteners industry from many decades which ensues are the right knowledge and product quality and moreover our quality engineers take care process verification and pre delivery inspection. We also provide third party inspection reports on random basis or as and when needed by our esteemed customers. We ensures 100% traceability upto raw material heat of mill through our warehousing procedures of FIR ( Final Inspection Report ) which is linked with suppliers TC test certificates/reports. PPAP Documents can be processed upon requests.
